Dalia joined USAA in November of 2017 as CIO of Enterprise Infrastructure Services and Executive Lead for our USAA Plano, TX office.  Her organization spans Security, Fraud, Marketing, Social, Digital, Content Management, Auto Buying Experience, and Contact Center.

Dalia spent the last 2 years as CTO/CIO of Capital One Consumer Auto Finance's division responsible for Loan Originations technology, Shared Platforms and Data Infrastructure. Dalia led her organization to migrate all applications to the AWS public cloud, created a new platform for real-time data and reporting, used open source technologies AI and Machine Learning plus introduced new products into the market place. Under her leadership, Dalia's organization made significant strides in advancing DevOps, Agile Transformation, Cloud Governance, Security and Release Management. Dalia also led developing products from a customer-back perspective, using Artificial Intelligence and implementation of industry best practices.

Prior to joining Capital One, Dalia was Senior Director of Software Engineering at Dell/EMC where she led a set of globally distributed organizations in the US, Canada, Europe and India. She headed multiple product lines in Cloud, Converged Infrastructure, Storage, Networks and Monitoring and Reporting. These included UIM, ViPR, AppSync, Replication Manager, NCM, ProSphere, ECC, SCA, SMARTS and SRM. She also merged acquired startup technologies with EMC products.

Previously Senior Director of Development at CA Technologies, where she had come through the acquisition of Texas Instruments' Software Division. Dalia was responsible for the CA Gen suite and the Workload Automation SPOG products. Dalia rose through the engineering ranks throughout her career, which she began at IBM developing operating systems and compilers.

Dalia was an honoree of the 2016 Dallas Business Journal award as one of the top Women Technology Executives in Dallas.

Dalia is passionate about developing professional talent and students and is Chairman of the Curriculum and Technology committee of Southern Methodist University's Industry Advisory Board.
Dalia has been in the Plano area since 1995. She enjoys sports, volunteering, travelling and spending time with her husband and daughters, Jenna and Kenzie.
