Fred has 20 years of experience working as a User Experience professional. He has applied his expertise across consumer and enterprise security organizations, helping both emerging and mature companies develop deeper insights about how users experience their products. Over the course of his career, Fred has created new organizational capability in the user experience field at Internet Security Systems (IBM), SecureWorks (Dell) and Lancope (Cisco). Most recently, he is a co-founder and board member of a cybersecurity startup. He has a Masters degree in Human Factors Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
