Matt is CEO and Co-Founder of HelpSocial, a local tech startup originally created internally at Rackspace to help them adapt to the changing communication preferences of their customers. The HelpSocial platform was built to bring comments from social media into contact center environments for fast customer service.

Matt went to school at UTSA with a business focus. He got his start in business development in the finance space and later moved to Rackspace in 2006. There, he worked with businesses of all sizes who were adapting their operations to cloud technology. Later, he co-founded the team and technology that eventually spun out as HelpSocial, Inc.
