He has 15 years of experience working in Silicon Valley where he provided strategic technology advisory services to enterprises.  He is currently an executive partner at technology strategy consulting firm, TriCorps Technologies.

Phillip has advised clients across industries to modernize IT processes, adjust technology organization and spending priorities to leverage newer technologies, and improve the engagement between IT and business. Prior to TCT, he worked at eBay Inc. and PayPal for 9 years where he was responsible for supported multiple business units and corporate wide systems such as Remedy, SharePoint, eDiscovery, HR platforms, law enforcement.
